Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of strategic academic partnerships with universities, research institutions, and healthcare organizations.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders, including executives, deans, and industry leaders, to align on collaborative objectives.
- Design and implement healthcare collaboration frameworks that drive innovation, research, and operational excellence.
- Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in academic and healthcare sectors.
- Prepare and present high-level reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Facilitate negotiations and contract discussions to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of existing collaborations, recommending improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or strategic management, preferably in academic or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of managing senior-level relationships and driving high-impact collaborations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in contract drafting, review, and compliance is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, academic research, or international partnerships is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
