Responsibility
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls/emails professionally.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, security protocols, and office access for staff and guests.
- Prepare and distribute administrative reports, meeting minutes, and internal communications.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure operational readiness.
- Oversee mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and tracking.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and office policies, including visitor logs and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to process documentation, contracts, and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in front office, reception, or administrative roles, preferably in a creative or corporate setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
