Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies to enhance Allied Health practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital tool adoption.
- Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, from ideation to deployment, including stakeholder engagement, change management, and performance tracking.
- Design and oversee the integration of digital solutions (e.g., EHR systems, telehealth platforms, AI-driven analytics) to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify emerging technologies and best practices in healthcare digitalisation.
- Develop training programs and resources to support staff adoption of new digital tools and workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Foster a culture of innovation by promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing among teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare digitalisation, project management, or innovation roles, with a focus on Allied Health or clinical workflows preferred.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects, including the implementation of EHR systems, telehealth platforms, or data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PDPA) and compliance requirements for digital health solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile, Lean, or other methodologies to drive innovation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and engage teams at all levels.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and IoT in healthcare is highly desirable.
- Remote work experience and the ability to thrive in a flexible, self-directed environment.
