Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute HR technology strategies to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate HR systems with other enterprise applications.
- Automate HR workflows using RPA and Power Automate to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Manage SAP HR modules, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in SAP HR modules and Power Automate/Power Query.
- Experience with RPA tools and HR automation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in HRIS or related technologies is a plus.
