Responsibility
- Design and fabricate dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.) using CAD/CAM software and digital workflows.
- Operate and maintain milling machines and 3D printers to produce high-precision dental restorations.
- Ensure all dental appliances meet strict quality standards through meticulous inspection and adjustments.
- Collaborate with dentists and dental clinics to understand patient needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to CAD/CAM systems, milling, and 3D printing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes, materials used, and quality control checks.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and recommend improvements to workflows.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Dental Technology (D3 Teknik Gigi) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dental laboratory, with a focus on CAD/CAM and 3D printing.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad, Dental Wings) and digital design techniques.
- Hands-on experience with milling machines and 3D printers for dental applications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in crafting dental prosthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with dental materials (e.g., zirconia, PMMA, ceramics) and their applications.
