Responsibility
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees to ensure workplace wellness.
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs tailored to the needs of the workforce.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Health & Safety Committee to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with local and international health regulations.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices through training sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical services when needed.
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to enhance employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a similar role.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining health records and using health management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
