Responsibility
- Provide personalized nursing care tailored to the client’s medical and emotional needs.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage treatment plans as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition.
- Educate clients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or stabilize patients as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification (local or international).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in private nursing or home care.
- Strong knowledge of medical protocols, patient assessment, and emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to commit to a full-time, live-out arrangement in Bali.
- CPR/BLS certification and up-to-date vaccinations (e.g., Hepatitis B, COVID-19).
