Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all medical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, treatment plans, and patient care guidelines.
- Oversee clinic operations, including staff training, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Consult with patients to assess needs, recommend personalized aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation), and monitor outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and educate the public on aesthetic medicine.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with patients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) from a recognized institution, with a valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
- Specialization or certification in Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, or Cosmetic Surgery (e.g., from IDI, IAA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, with a proven track record in clinical leadership.
- Hands-on expertise in non-surgical procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, PRP, chemical peels, laser therapy).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and clinic management standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Leadership abilities with experience managing teams and optimizing clinic performance.
