Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to patients.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of expectant mothers and newborns.
- Assist in deliveries and provide immediate postpartum care.
- Educate patients and their families on prenatal and postnatal care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in emergency response and provide critical care when necessary.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or a related field.
- Valid Midwifery license and certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
