Responsibility
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of Value-Based Healthcare (VBH) frameworks across SingHealth institutions.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial teams to align VBH strategies with organizational goals.
- Analyze healthcare data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and patient outcome enhancement.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on VBH principles and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the performance of VBH initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop business cases and proposals to secure funding and resources for VBH projects.
- Stay abreast of global trends in VBH and recommend actionable insights for adoption within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, consulting, or a similar role, with a focus on Value-Based Healthcare, process improvement, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, financial modeling, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO, JCI), and VBH methodologies.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP), or Healthcare Quality is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, contract-based environment with a focus on delivering measurable results.
