Responsibility
- Assess patientsâ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including range-of-motion tests, strength assessments, and functional movement analysis.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to patientsâ specific needs, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic exercises to alleviate pain and restore function.
- Monitor and document patientsâ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs to support long-term wellness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy by participating in continuing education, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on musculoskeletal, sports, or orthopedic conditions.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or French) are highly desirable.
