Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
- Support daily operations, including stock management and shelf organization.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Participate in training programs to enhance pharmaceutical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for managing pharmacy software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
