Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Provide rehabilitation services for post-surgical patients, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with doctors, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain detailed patient records and track progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay updated on latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices through continuous professional development.
- Uphold high standards of clinical hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all patient interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal, sports, or orthopedic physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, TENS, laser therapy).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
