Join a dynamic healthcare team in Bali as a Responsible Pharmacist (Apoteker Penanggung Jawab), ensuring compliance with BPOM regulations and other pharmaceutical standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest levels of pharmaceutical integrity, safety, and Halal certification oversight for our operations across Bali’s most vibrant regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Nusa Dua.
As the Responsible Pharmacist, you will play a key role in regulatory adherence, team coordination, and quality assurance, ensuring all processes align with national and international pharmaceutical guidelines. Your expertise will directly contribute to the safety, efficacy, and compliance of our healthcare services, while also supporting Halal certification processes for relevant products.

Responsibility
- Ensure full compliance with BPOM regulations and other relevant pharmaceutical laws, updating the team on changes and requirements.
- Oversee Halal certification processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to religious and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and implement quality control procedures for medication storage, dispensing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate inventory management and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with internal and external pharmaceutical standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in pharmaceutical handling, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pharmacy operations in alignment with legal frameworks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and liaise with authorities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) with a valid Pharmacist License (STR) and Apoteker Penanggung Jawab (APJ) certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail, hospital, or regulatory pharmacy setting.
- In-depth knowledge of BPOM regulations, GMP, and Halal certification requirements for pharmaceuticals.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
