Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient intake, including registration, vital signs measurement, and medical history documentation.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and clinic correspondence with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked examination rooms and common areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing medical records, processing insurance claims, and updating patient databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable waiting experience.
- Assist with basic medical procedures, such as preparing patients for examinations or treatments, under the supervision of clinical staff.
- Coordinate with pharmacy and laboratory teams to ensure timely processing of prescriptions and test results.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a clinical, hospital, or medical office setting (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, EHR systems, and basic administrative software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a commitment to high ethical standards.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain it.
