Responsibility
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care for aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, skin therapies) under physician supervision.
- Conduct patient consultations, assess medical histories, and educate clients on treatment options, risks, and aftercare.
- Assist doctors in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and manage emergency situations with calm, professional judgment.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, or topical treatments as prescribed by the medical director.
- Collaborate with the team to customize treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Uphold inventory management for medical supplies and ensure equipment is sterilized and operational.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license (STR) in Indonesia, with a minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (aesthetic nursing is a plus).
- Proven experience in patient care, venipuncture, or injectable treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dermatological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse, international clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a focus on precision and client satisfaction.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
- Passion for continuing education in aesthetic medicine and wellness trends.
