Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive nursing education programs tailored to clinical staff needs.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new nursing hires to ensure seamless integration into clinical teams.
- Assess training needs and identify gaps in clinical knowledge to create targeted educational interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare leaders to align education programs with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with advancements in nursing practices and integrate evidence-based methodologies into training curricula.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills, critical thinking, and patient care delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
- Valid nursing license and certification as a Clinical Nurse Educator or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in an educational or training role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
