Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress using electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and composure.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Participate in continuous professional development and hospital training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with exceptional skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) to serve international and local patients.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer literacy.
- Commitment to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
