Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, provide expert recommendations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and clinic policies to maintain the highest level of patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional service and achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with clinic guidelines.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to enhance results and ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in clinic promotions, events, and community outreach to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (S.Ked or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (fresh graduates with provisional licenses are welcome).
- Strong interest in aesthetic medicine; prior training or certification is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and patient safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to clinic locations across Bali.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends.
