Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and execution of clinical research studies under the supervision of senior researchers.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate research data in compliance with protocol and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with study participants, healthcare providers, and research teams to ensure smooth study operations.
- Prepare and submit documentation required for ethical approvals and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor study progress and report any deviations or adverse events to the research team.
- Support the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all research activities.
- Assist in the recruitment and screening of potential study participants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of clinical research methodologies and medical terminology.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in a healthcare or research setting is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to commit to a 1-year contract with potential for extension.
