Responsibility
- Lead and manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms, to drive employee development and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage HR data and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including labor laws, health and safety standards, and data protection policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Support HR projects, such as policy updates, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable but not required.
