Responsibility
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance reliability, process safety, and operational efficiency across multiple facilities.
- Optimize CMMS data integrity, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for maintenance planning and decision-making.
- Lead spares optimization initiatives to reduce inventory costs while maintaining critical asset availability.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks in asset performance.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in asset lifecycle management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track asset health, maintenance effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to asset management and process safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CMRP, CRE, PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, reliability engineering, or maintenance engineering within industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, power generation, or mining.
- Proven expertise in CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM) and data-driven asset management tools.
- Strong knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring techniques.
- Experience with root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and risk assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with process safety management (PSM) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 55000, API, ASME).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
