Responsibility
- Lead the architectural design and planning of construction projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and review detailed blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals with architectural vision.
- Oversee site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design standards.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles into all projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation in design.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven portfolio of completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
