This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of RM 3,800 – RM 4,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and the chance to work on high-profile projects in one of the world’s most inspiring locations.
Responsibility
- Develop and present innovative landscape design concepts tailored to client needs and site conditions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Conduct site analyses, including soil, climate, and environmental assessments, to inform design decisions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee construction and installation phases to maintain design integrity and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and local regulations to enhance project outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and local environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
