Responsibility
- Develop high-quality 3D architectural models and renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to interpret design concepts and translate them into visual representations.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections to support project documentation and presentations.
- Produce photorealistic visualizations for marketing materials, client pitches, and construction guidance.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, sustainability standards, and client specifications.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in 3D design, materials, and architectural technologies.
- Optimize models for virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications where applicable.
- Provide technical support and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; a masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in 3D architectural modeling and rendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion (knowledge of Blender is a bonus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D architectural designs, renderings, and visualizations.
- Excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
