Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business problems for SAP's enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing SAP products and platforms
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and enterprise-grade reliability
- Research and implement cutting-edge AI techniques to enhance SAP's product offerings
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and best practices
- Work with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and evaluate their potential application at SAP
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- Strong communication skills in English, with ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
