Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring team alignment and productivity.
- Act as a servant-leader to cross-functional teams, removing impediments and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive the adoption of Agile best practices and methodologies, tailoring frameworks to meet the unique needs of Nestlé's digital projects.
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives and user needs.
- Monitor and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and key performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Champion digital innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance user experiences and streamline processes across Nestlé's web platforms.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles, empowering them to embrace a growth mindset and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in Agile practices and digital standards across Nestlé's international markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in digital or web development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a proactive approach to removing barriers and driving team success.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello, and proficiency in tracking and analyzing team performance metrics.
- Passion for digital innovation and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet user and business needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
