Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced data models and analytical solutions to support business objectives.
- Utilize AI and machine learning tools to automate data processing, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for real-time decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth data mining and statistical analysis to uncover insights that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Present complex data findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
- Monitor and evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of data collection methods and analytical tools.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools, and an understanding of their applications in business contexts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Certifications in data analytics, AI, or related fields are a plus.
