Responsibility
- Analyze and evaluate existing IT systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including workflows and technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of system analysis, design, and implementation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Experience with system documentation and technical writing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance requirements.
