Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients in Bali and across Indonesia.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client pain points and propose tailored software solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and IT stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine product messaging and address client concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably in enterprise SaaS or ICT solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles, from lead generation to contract signing.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia for client meetings.
