Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients in Bali and across Indonesia.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client pain points and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and IT stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine product messaging and address client concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably in enterprise SaaS or ICT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage full sales cycles, from lead generation to contract signing.
