Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain security protocols to protect digital assets and infrastructure.
- Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into system architecture.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Respond to security incidents and provide post-incident analysis and reporting.
- Educate employees on security best practices and awareness training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT role.
- Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and antivirus software.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, encryption technologies, and security frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
