Responsibility
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, IT, and business leaders) to understand their AI workforce needs and pain points.
- Solution Design: Develop and present tailored AI solutions leveraging Microsoftâs ecosystem (Azure AI, Copilot, Dynamics 365, etc.) to address workforce optimization, automation, and upskilling.
- Opportunity Qualification: Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer readiness, define use cases, and align AI solutions with business outcomes.
- Partner Co-Sell: Collaborate with Microsoft partners to identify joint opportunities, co-create proposals, and drive co-sell motions for AI workforce projects.
- Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical expertise in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and workforce analytics to guide customers through proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Microsoft at industry events, webinars, and workshops to evangelize AI workforce trends and best practices.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to refine AI product roadmaps based on market feedback.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of AI workforce initiatives, including adoption metrics, ROI, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting, with a focus on AI, cloud computing, or enterprise software.
- AI/ML Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., Azure AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, or generative AI applications for workforce solutions.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, with certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Solutions Architect) being a plus.
- Customer-Facing Skills: Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of workforce transformation challenges in sectors like finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with experience in partner ecosystems and co-sell motions.
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees in AI/ML are advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
