Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify technical solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Act as a technical liaison between sales, engineering, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and present technical proposals, demonstrations, and documentation to support sales efforts.
- Provide expert guidance on product capabilities, customization options, and integration strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during pre-sales and post-sales phases to ensure client success.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops to enhance the companyâs technical presence and thought leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in application engineering, software development, or a similar technical role with a focus on client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and integration methodologies.
- Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or solutions architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C# is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
