Responsibility
- Assist the SHE Head in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs, workshops, and drills for employees at all levels.
- Monitor and report on key SHE performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate SHE considerations into operational processes and projects.
- Stay updated on emerging SHE trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure organizational compliance and innovation.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility through awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local and international SHE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
