Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of composite engineering solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and sales, to deliver high-value customer proposals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to validate design concepts and ensure project viability.
- Provide expert technical guidance to internal stakeholders and clients on application engineering best practices.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation in engineering workflows.
- Support the testing, validation, and deployment of engineering solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in composite materials, automation, and smart systems to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application engineering, composite design, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative engineering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented design.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams and clients.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ASME, IEEE) and regulatory compliance.
