Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems within the facility to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage inventory of equipment, spare parts, and materials, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and logistics coordination to support seamless production and distribution.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and facilities staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and procurement, to align facilities operations with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of M&E systems and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, M&E systems, or warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in facilities management.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and inventory management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex M&E systems and operational challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
