Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-repair inspections of vehicles to assess condition, damage, and compliance with warranty standards.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and SEO-optimized inspection reports with supporting photographs and technical documentation.
- Verify vehicle identification, mileage, and service history to ensure authenticity and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters, repair shops, and customers to clarify inspection findings and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to evaluate mechanical, electrical, and structural components of vehicles.
- Stay updated on industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and emerging automotive technologies.
- Maintain meticulous records of inspections, including digital and physical documentation for audit purposes.
- Provide expert recommendations for repairs, replacements, or warranty approvals based on inspection outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive inspection, vehicle assessment, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools (e.g., OBD scanners, multimeters).
- Proficiency in using inspection software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital documentation tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel to various locations in Bali.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, technicians, and stakeholders.
- Certifications in automotive inspection (e.g., ASE, I-CAR) are a plus.
