Responsibility
- Assist senior technicians in the setup, calibration, and operation of surface treatment equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and document process parameters to maintain quality control standards.
- Prepare and inspect materials before and after surface treatment procedures.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and innovations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Conduct basic quality checks and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.
- Assist in inventory management of tools, chemicals, and consumables.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, preferably in surface treatment or similar industries.
- Basic knowledge of surface coating, plating, or material processing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle equipment and materials, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali with a flexible schedule (Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM).
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
