Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of application engineers to design and develop tailored composite solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
- Develop and implement application engineering strategies that align with company goals and client needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to ensure the viability of proposed solutions.
- Oversee the testing and validation of engineering solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into engineering processes.
- Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, with a focus on composite solutions.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong technical skills in application design, development, and testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools relevant to the role.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in preparing and presenting technical reports and proposals.
