Responsibility
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement robust security measures to protect applications and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in application development, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, .NET, or JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular).
- Strong expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and API development (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
