Responsibility
- Extract, clean, and transform data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Minitab, Excel, R, and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business objectives.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable manner.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing corrective measures as needed to ensure reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of analytical projects.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and software such as Minitab, R, Python, or SQL, and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to create impactful reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data mining techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts is highly desirable.
