Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale DCNet deployment programs across multiple regions, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to define technical requirements, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between network architecture, hardware procurement, and software development teams.
- Monitor program health through KPIs, dashboards, and status reports, proactively addressing deviations from targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in network delivery.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison for internal and external partners, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies in networking, cloud infrastructure, and data center design to inform strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a focus on network infrastructure, data centers, or cloud services.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale deployment programs ($10M+ budgets) in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), optical transport, and data center architectures.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans for non-technical audiences.
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
