Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end program management for global network delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to drive timely and high-quality project execution.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Optimize network infrastructure delivery processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with Google's security, reliability, and performance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network delivery capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in network infrastructure or data center environments.
- Strong understanding of network technologies, protocols, and architectures.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, data center operations, or global network delivery is a plus.
