Join Epicor as a Cloud Reliability Analyst (L2) and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cloud infrastructure. Based in the vibrant and dynamic locations of Bali, you will provide expert-level support to resolve escalated technical issues, optimize system performance, and enhance the reliability of our cloud services.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents, implement proactive monitoring solutions, and drive continuous improvement in our cloud environment. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining high availability, minimizing downtime, and delivering an exceptional user experience for our global clientele.

Responsibility
- Provide Level 2 support for escalated cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud systems to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Develop and implement automated monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents outside of business hours.
- Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, system administration, or reliability engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their core services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or Datadog) and logging systems.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified SysOps, Azure Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
