Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable and secure software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software development.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
