Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize Oracle applications to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between EBS and Fusion Cloud.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and integrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Oracle certification(s) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
