Responsibility
- Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and remote access to restaurant staff across Bali locations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, printers, and other restaurant-specific IT equipment.
- Document all support requests, solutions, and recurring issues in the IT ticketing system.
- Collaborate with on-site technicians and third-party vendors for escalated issues.
- Conduct regular system checks and proactive maintenance to prevent IT disruptions.
- Train end-users on basic IT operations and best practices for system usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking principles.
- Experience with POS systems, Active Directory, and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed by restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
