Responsibility
- Lead and oversee multiple high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement program management strategies to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, milestones, and success metrics.
- Identify risks and proactively mitigate challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and best practices in project management.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, outcomes, and ROI to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project/program management within the ICT sector.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on delivery excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
