Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end software development projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize workflows and sprint deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks and resource constraints.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide progress updates and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI) and best practices in software project management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Project Manager in software development or digital transformation projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence) and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage remote and on-site teams effectively.
- Technical understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Experience working in international or distributed teams is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or Tagalog is a bonus.
