Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client supply chain, production, and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Design, configure, and deploy DELMIA Quintiq models to solve complex planning and scheduling challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and align solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of Quintiq solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Quintiq updates, and best practices in supply chain optimization.
- Lead or contribute to pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concept projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Consultant, Supply Chain Analyst, or Optimization Specialist, preferably with DELMIA Quintiq or similar tools (e.g., AnyLogic, AIMMS, Gurobi).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis, and algorithm design.
- Experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or logistics optimization within manufacturing, retail, or transportation sectors.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Certification in DELMIA Quintiq or willingness to obtain it is highly desirable.
